• The Property - purchased for $320,000.00 in 1993, with grants and donations
• Workshop - built in 1996, with a grant
• Packing shed - built in 1997, with a grant
• Utility shed - built in 1999, with a grant
• Mezzaine floor in packing shed - built in 2001, with a grant
• Produce shed - built in 2003, with a grant
• Horticulture house - built in 2005, with a grant
• Proposed purchase of land & buildings - 2007, $2,000,000.00
• Proposed Conference Centre - 2008, $300,00.00
• 90% of all resources are gifted with no cost food. Including: clothing, vehicles, labour.
• Financial donations & grants are given for running & and upkeep costs
• Since 2006 fundraising for funds, by way of selling firewood, plants, workers Cafe & functions.
